How do I search for award flights on Flightflyer?
Enter your departure city, destination, and travel dates on the search page. Flightflyer scans 25+ airline loyalty programs simultaneously and shows you all available award seats, sorted by points price across Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class cabins.
What is the difference between cached and real-time results?
Cached results are award availability data that was collected up to 7 days ago — available on the Free plan. Real-time results are live searches performed the moment you search, showing the most current seat availability. Real-time search is available with the Premium plan.
Can I search across multiple airlines at once?
Yes. Flightflyer searches all supported loyalty programs in a single query. You can compare award prices across United, American, Delta, Emirates, Qatar Airways, Singapore Airlines, and many more — all on one results page.
How far in advance can I search for award flights?
Free users can search up to 60 days ahead. Premium users can search up to 360 days in advance, giving you access to the full booking window for planning trips well ahead of time.
Can I compare Economy, Business, and First Class award seats?
Yes. Flightflyer lets you compare all four cabin classes side-by-side — Economy, Premium Economy, Business, and First Class — including points required, availability, taxes, and carrier surcharges.
Can Flightflyer find last-minute award seats?
Yes. Many airlines release last-minute saver award seats. Flightflyer monitors live availability so you can grab last-minute Business and First Class award seats whenever they become available.

What are award seat alerts?
Award seat alerts notify you when award availability opens up on a specific route and cabin class you're interested in. Instead of manually checking every day, Flightflyer monitors availability and sends you a notification when seats become available.
How do alert notifications work?
When Flightflyer detects award availability matching your alert criteria, you'll receive instant notifications via email and SMS. Premium users get real-time SMS notifications so you can act quickly before seats are taken.
How many alerts can I create?
Premium users can create unlimited award seat alerts. Free plan users can create a limited number of alerts. Each alert can be configured for a specific route, date range, and cabin class.
Can I set alerts for specific cabin classes?
Yes. When creating an alert, you can choose which cabin class you want to track — Economy, Premium Economy, Business, or First Class. You can also create multiple alerts for the same route with different cabin preferences.

What's included in the Free plan?
The Free plan includes access to 25+ mileage programs, cached award data (up to 7 days old), the ability to browse popular routes via the Explore feature, and basic search functionality. No credit card is required.
How does the Premium plan differ from Free?
Premium unlocks real-time award availability (live data instead of cached), searching up to 360 days ahead, advanced filters (cabins, partners, alliances), multi-airport and region-based searches, unlimited alerts, instant email and SMS notifications, and the ability to request new routes to be tracked.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly billing?
Yes. You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time from your account settings. Yearly billing saves you 20% compared to the monthly plan.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All payments are securely processed through Stripe.
What happens if I cancel my Premium subscription?
If you cancel, you'll continue to have Premium access until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account will revert to the Free plan. You won't lose any saved data or alert configurations.

Transfer partners are airline loyalty programs that allow you to transfer credit card points (like Chase Ultimate Rewards, Amex Membership Rewards, or Citi ThankYou Points) into airline miles. Flightflyer helps you find the best award seats across these partner programs so you can maximize your credit card points.
Can I compare redemption values across different programs?
